Lille's zoo

The Belfry
Among the many attractions in Lille, the Belfry of Lille Town Hall is one of the city's most impressive. A 104-meter high structure, the Belfry is a symbol of the city's communal liberties. It is also the highest belfry in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region, and is a part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Another great building in Lille is the Old Stock Exchange. Built in 1652, this is one of the city's oldest and most architecturally impressive buildings. It houses a second hand book market and chess matches.
